If you need any additional styling tips or fit information, we’d love to hear from you at hello@ernestleoty.com. Please email us the specific item you would like to purchase, as well as your height, your weight, your usual size, and – for a bra or a bodysuit – what your usual bra size is, and we will advise you as best we can!

You will find full information on shipping here. We offer free shipping and returns to the UK, and USA for orders above £100, and free shipping to all other destinations for orders over £200. Otherwise shipping costs £5 to the UK, , £15 to the US and £25 for International.

Standard shipping to the UK usually takes 2-3 business days from when the order is processed. For United States and rest of the world it can take up to 7 business days.

After placing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You just need to click on the link in the email to be redirected to the carrier’s page with updates on the status of your package. Please check your spam if you have not received this email, otherwise please contact us on hello@ernestleoty.com.

Once your order has been placed, it will unfortunately be too late to change your shipping address. You will receive a tracking number, and the carrier will attempt delivery, however you will be able to contact them directly to change your address.

If you wish to return your order, you can return it unworn, unwashed, and damage-free with the tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For the UK, US and Europe, all returns are free of charge (as in we will pay for the return shipping). For the Rest of the World, you will have to send us your product back at your charge. For full information on how to return your item, please visit our returns page here. We will process your return within 5 days of receiving your product back at our warehouse.
At the moment, we are only able to exchange sizes for like for like items.

We offer payment in a variety of currencies. To switch currencies, click on the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of your screen. We are always adding new currencies, but at the moment you can shop in British Pounds, Euros, US Dollars.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Amazon and PayPal. You also have the choice to pay later with Klarna.

No, it is not mandatory, you can select express checkout when checking out. But having an account allows you to have your shipping address registered, and will make the checkout process faster next time.

We use the highest quality fabrics to craft our pieces. We source them from Italian textile mills that make technical materials for elite sportswear brands and fashion houses. We use blends of polyamide, elastane, and cotton, that all provide moisture wicking, quick drying, UV protection, pile resistance, breathability, and multi-way stretch. Lycra fibres guarantee long-lasting stretch and shape recovery, allowing a contoured, comfortable fit. The fabrics we use are the same ones used by Olympic cycling teams, which shows just how high performing they are. Furthermore, we work with the best sports factories in Europe, allowing for best in class fit and seaming.

Our clothing is crafted from technical fabrics and manufactured at best-in-class sportswear factories. What can you do in our clothing? We design pieces that are intended to carry you through your everyday modern life, flexible to your lifestyle from studio to sidewalk cafe.

Our fabrics are technical fabrics and have been treated with special washes to ensure moisture wicking, breathability, and other technical properties. Because of this, you should take special care when washing our garments. Similar to other technical apparel, they should be washed in a machine at 30 degrees Celsius/85 degrees Fahrenheit. Be sure to avoid tumble drying, dry cleaning, bleach, and fabric softener, as this may affect the longevity of your piece.

The quality and care with which we make our designs mean that our pieces are true, durable investment pieces. We select sustainable options where technically possible and are working hard at the moment to make our pieces and our business processes more environmentally friendly. Included in this conscious mindset, all of our technical knit and knitwear products are made from recycled or organic fabrics/ yarns, including from Q-nova, which is an industry leading choice for environmental conservation. We pride ourselves in using European only manufacturers. One of them is among the oldest corset makers in France, which also produces the beautiful costumes used in the Opera de Paris ballet. Another specialises in highly technical apparel for top fitness brands and Olympic teams. Our factories are committed to ethical and sustainable production and take care of their employees. We visit them regularly and work closely with factory workers, many of whom have spent decades in the industry. Most of all, we see our factories as long-term partners, and work hard with them to bring you the best product possible.

We painstakingly ensure that every garment is perfect. Informed by traditional corset design, we apply expert tailoring skills to achieve the perfect fit. Specialist seaming techniques such as bonding, zigzag stitching and overlocking secure panels make our clothing as strong as it is comfortable. Each design goes through multiple rounds of professional testing to ensure durability and superior quality.
